About the Studio
Architecture is the careful arrangement of light, mass and time.
Founded in 2017, AURA has spent years studying how people actually live, work and gather inside the rooms we draw. Our practice spans private residences in Florești and along the Black Sea, hospitality interiors across Romania, and a quiet thread of public commissions.
We collaborate closely with structural engineers, landscape architects, lighting designers and master craftsmen — the work is only as good as the people standing in the room with us.

How We Work
A measured process, from the first sketch to the last hinge.
01
Conversation
A two-hour, no-charge meeting where we ask many questions and you ask whatever you like. We leave with a one-page brief.

Concept & Feasibility
Three to six weeks of sketches, models and material studies. We present two distinct directions and a written cost band.

Design Development
Detail drawings, finish samples and a full Kuula model so you can walk the building before it is built.

Permit & Tender
Authorisation paperwork, contractor selection and a transparent tender we run on your behalf.
05
Site & Handover
Weekly visits, snagging, the keys, and a 12-month aftercare visit so we can see how the rooms are actually being lived in.
